ICT for Development

This track welcomes papers addressing research ideas and studies in the area of information and communication technology for Development (ICTD). The ICTD field examines how access to relevant information and the provision of critical services using ICT influence people′s living conditions. This track seeks to address these issues and make a contribution to how ICT can be used to bring about economic and social development. Submissions that are theoretically and empirically sound are invited.
